Vita Fitness and Physical Therapy, LLC was established in 2004 by Tommy Grabowski DPT, CSCS and Jeff Konczal, ACE in collaboration to create an integrated approach to optimal wellness.
By bridging rehabilitation and fitness, Vita’s multidisciplinary team is united in their efforts to bring each patient and client to a level of highest function.
Vita offers an unmatched level of personalized care in a private, friendly, wellness gym environment. Convenient amenities, such as off-street parking, individual changing rooms, a juice/smoothie bar, and state-of-the-art exercise equipment enhance Vita’s professional services.
