Vita offers a wide variety of challenging, high performance athletic development programs at our Fox Point Location
Our youth programs are training-age specific, with only four athletes per session, to promote an environment that is optimal for success. We have an 11-14 and a 15-18 age group for both resistance training (strength) and movement preparation (speed).
Vita's training coaches also have experience at the collegiate level to maximize performance and minimize risk of injury. If there is a prior injury or a client is finishing with physical therapy, we will provide a seamless transition back to full function.
Our groups start at various times, usually after 2:30 p.m. during the school year.
