Luckily, Vita’s Customized Nutrition Consulting has been designed to take the guesswork out of the equation. This program has been designed using the most up-to-date research and methods to help you make sustainable changes that will positively impact your life for the long haul.
Your first appointment will include a review of your current nutrition habits, lifestyle, goals, and an objective body composition assessment using the Bod Pod. This 60-minute appointment will provide you with a road map of the most important dietary strategies for you to implement for the greatest changes.
A follow-up visit will be scheduled at the interval of your choosing to re-assess body composition and strategize how to modify your plan to maximize your progress. This 45-minute appointment will provide additional strategies for ongoing progress to assure you reach your goals.
Additional follow-up appointments may be scheduled as desired to further your success.
